The aroma is intense and elegant with red cherries, raspberries, flowers, and light earthy and spicy nuances.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe taste is juicy and lively with pure red fruit, fresh acidity, and Nebbiolo's characteristic tannins. A harmonious and well-balanced Langhe Nebbiolo with a fine structure, yet an immediate and elegant expression.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAn excellent companion to many different dishes. Try it with pasta with mushrooms or ragù, veal, poultry, charcuterie, or hard cheeses. It is best served slightly chilled at around 15-16 °C.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are destemmed but not crushed, then undergo about 25 days of maceration and natural fermentation with skin contact in stainless steel tanks. Ca' di Press deliberately does not use barrels for their Langhe Nebbiolo, allowing the grape's fruit, freshness, and character to stand as purely as possible.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAfter fermentation, the wine is naturally stabilized without fining or filtering.
