The vinification and aging process for this wine is characterized by a careful and natural approach.
The bunches are de-stemmed and fermented without pressing, which allows a maceration in contact with the skins for around 25 days in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation takes place naturally without the addition of yeast.
The wine is then stabilized. No clarification or filtering is done.
After stabilization, the wine remains in stainless steel tanks for 8 months and finally undergoes a bottle aging of approximately 9 months.
In the glass, the wine presents itself with a beautiful deep ruby red color.
The scent is intense and full of fruity aromas, while the taste is dry and rich. The wine is rich in fine tannins and appears harmonious and well-balanced.
This wine is extremely versatile in terms of food pairing. It is excellent to accompany many different meals and occasions.
