Barone Pizzini is the first winery to produce organically certified Franciacorta wines.

Organic winemaking is the natural culmination of a quest to achieve the greatest expression of the area and soil where the grapes grow. Respect for nature is the best tool for obtaining grapes that are rich in life and expression. The balance between man and nature is at the heart of the wines, and thus 1/3 of the energy used there in wine production also comes from own solar cells and the rest from renewable energy.

Each vineyard produces unique grapes, and in the cellar this uniqueness is preserved through an approach with respect for the individual fields.
