Honest and dense taste, rich in structure and healthy acidity. Part of the grapes come from a higher altitude vineyard, Pian delle Viti, which in the Middle Ages was called Valle Sospesa or "Suspended Valley". Its calcareous soil gives the wine a delicious mineral note. Its spark is Franciacorta in its purest expression.

Intense, bright hay yellow. Very yellow fruit and sweet nose, clearly of white chocolate and vanilla bean, oak scent, butter and ripe peach. Wide on the palate, opens in many layers, well integrated beads, should be enjoyed from a burgundy glass.
