Montenidoli Tradizionale Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG 2021

The production of this wine goes back to the old traditions, to the time when the Vernaccia grape was vinified, which was the production of red wine.

Maceration of grapes with skin, to give color, tannin and aroma. Then refining in glass-lined cement vats. Then in the bottle, where the wine gains age and finesse.

A beautiful grain yellow wine in the glass. Scent of fresh herbs and almonds. Powerful and dry in the mouth, with a wonderfully full and long aftertaste.

It is a wine that is perfect for bright food and preferably also food with a delicious olive oil. The fat will play really nicely against the balanced acidity in the wine.
