The color is a beautiful ruby red. The aroma offers an intense and characteristic bouquet of floral and fruity notes. The taste is full of fruit and lively delightful acidity. It is clearly a food wine - It is an excellent companion to a wide range of dishes with good flavor.
The grapes are destemmed and undergo a 10 to 15-day natural fermentation with the skins on, in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, the wine is stabilized naturally in tanks without being clarified or filtered.
After stabilization, the wine is further aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks, before moving on to bottle aging for around 9 months. This careful process ensures a deep and authentic expression of the grape's character.
