Le Brun Servenay Cuvée Chardonnay Champagne 2011

Ripe and elegant vintage cuvée Champagne Blanc de Blancs, on 100% chardonnay. The grapes come from 40 to 80 year old vines in the Côte des Blancs.

This cuvée stands out for its elegance and finesse. The color is a beautiful saffron yellow with golden glints.

A lovely generous and well-structured nose with notes of acacia, sweet white fruits and a hint of hazelnuts. Lots of freshness and fruit in the scent.

The taste is dominated by white stone fruit. It is soft, yet intense and full.

Nicely structured and remarkably persistent taste, and with an unusually long finish.

Suitable as an accompaniment to oysters, steamed shellfish and fish in creamy sauces.
