11 months in a 300 liter and a 3,000 liter oak barrel respectively. A full-bodied, elegant and extremely precise wine.

Very small production of 3,300 bottles from 0.8 ha. We have very limited quantities of this wine.

Great with risotto, fish, white meat and creamy cheese.

Vintage 2016, which was the first vintage we got of the wine, quickly sold out.

"Good full bright yellow. Subtle, inviting aromas of banana, grapefruit, brown spices, lavender and lychee. Tactile, broad and spicy, boasting good palate presence to the aromatic floral and spice flavors. Finishes with a lightly phenolic character and very good length A blend of 60% Petite Arvine, 20% Pinot Gris and 20% Chardonnay (the Pinot Gris and the Chardonnay are aged one year in tonneaux). This nicely combines the acidity of Petite Arvine and the spicy fat of Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. "
