About the wine

The wine beautifully captures the essence of the unique character of the Marche region and verdicchio. It shows unrivaled freshness and complexity, with a nice range of flavor nuances and aromas.

The production process is meticulous and unique. The grapes are harvested in three rounds, representing different stages of maturity. This gives depth and complexity to the wine. After gentle pressing, the grape juice undergoes a controlled fermentation in stainless steel, which preserves the fresh aromas. Stored on cement and stainless steel for 6 months and then refined in bottle for 2 months.

In the glass, the wine appears with a straw yellow color that lights up with hints of green. The aroma is fresh lemons and limes complemented by notes of white peaches and pears that add a subtle sweetness. A fine scent of white flowers is also perceived and gives the feeling of lightness and elegance.

The taste starts with a lively acidity and a delicate minerality. The citrus fruits return here, accompanied by green apples and a refreshing bitterness. Quite complex flavor profile that is balanced with finesse and leaves a long, refreshing aftertaste.

A really nice expression of verdicchio from the Marche.

Aromas of lime, melon and tea leaf. Medium-full with excellent ripeness, lively acidity, outstanding varietal purity and excellent persistence. There is beautiful harmony and excellent brightness and freshness; the finish offers notes of spearmint and citrus oil.
