Elegant and delicate olive oil from 600 meters altitude at Monte Amiata.
This extra virgin olive oil is harvested in October 2024 from 300 olive trees near the cellar at Poggioferro on Monte Amiata.
Only the local olive variety: Olivastra seggianese is used, which provides a particularly fine and elegant oil.
The olives are hand-picked in mid-October and immediately taken to the Franci Oil Mill in Montenero, where they are cold-pressed within 12 hours—a gentle and precise method that preserves freshness and pure taste.
The result is an extra virgin olive oil with a delicate aroma, balanced bitterness, and a clean, lightly spicy finish.
Perfect for salads, raw vegetables, or light dishes with fish, where the oil can prominently stand out.
