Nathan Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle comes exclusively from the best grapes from one of the highest vineyards in Europe.
The grapes are 100% Prié Blanc, sourced from a single vineyard in Morgex, with vines approximately 40 years old, located at an altitude of 900-1,200 meters.
The wine appears golden, with hints of ripe fruit and dried apricots on the nose.
The taste is truly voluminous, deliciously intense, and very mineral.
Pairs well with all types of meat, semi-mature cheeses, foie gras, and seafood. Can easily be used for the entire meal, including red meat.
Very limited production. A wine that must be tasted!
The grapes are hand-harvested in the last week of September or the first week of October.
The grapes are soaked in cold water for 48 hours before undergoing gentle hand pressing. Fermentation takes place mostly (70%) in barriques with frequent stirring.
After 12 months, it is blended with 30% that has fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged further for approximately 10 months in the bottle.
