Sparkling wine with soul and character, made from pinot nero from vineyards in Serravalle Langhe in southern Piedmont.
The vines grow at an altitude of 800 meters on a soil of clay and limestone with touches of marl and sand – a terroir that, together with south/southwest exposure, yields grapes with precision, energy, and aromatic depth.
The color is rosé with warm, almost copper-golden tones, and on the nose, the wine opens with fine notes of red currants and wild strawberries followed by citrus nuances. There are also floral hints of rose and violet, and the classic metodo classico character unfolds with chalk mineral notes, brioche, and roasted hazelnuts.
The taste is crisp and precise with vibrant acidity, a pure fruit profile, and a long, salty, and mineral finish.
Perfect as an aperitif, or with dishes featuring shellfish, smoked fish, charcuterie, or light meat dishes with acidity and richness.
The exclusive wine is the result of secondary fermentation in the bottle with 36 months of aging on the lees, manual remuage, and dégorgement à la volée. Neither sulfur is added nor dosage: this is terroir-driven seriousness in sparkling form.
Elegant rosé bubbles from the heights of Piedmont – craftsmanship, finesse, and freshness in a glass.
Only 5,600 bottles produced.
