  • Butter-fried turbot

  • Lobster with butter sauce
This full-bodied Meursault has a creamy texture, buttery and nutty notes from the barrel ageing and a fresh acidity with a mineral finish, and it therefore thrives best with dishes that have a corresponding weight and richness. The acidity cuts through butter sauce and cream, while the toasted, nutty complexity plays off ripe, umami-rich ingredients such as shellfish, poultry and aged cheese. Choose preparations with enough richness to meet the wine's intensity without drowning out its elegant fruit and long finish.

About the wine

Refined Meursault with body and finesse - A classic expression of the appellation.

The wine presents itself with a golden color and a complex aroma of ripe pear, roasted nuts, citrus, and a hint of butter and vanilla.

The taste is full-bodied and elegant with a creamy texture, balanced by a fresh acidity and a long, mineral finish.

A wine that truly shines when served with delicious food.

Serve at 10-12 degrees, where its aromatic depth can truly unfold.

A beautiful wine that showcases Arnaud Baillot's ability to create Meursault with both elegance and intensity.

The grapes come from limestone-rich vineyards in Meursault, located on southeast-facing slopes. This terroir gives the wine its unique balance between richness and minerality.

Classic vinification. The grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and the must ferments in oak barrels, some of which are new. Subsequently, the wine is aged on the lees for 12 months, contributing to its complexity and depth.
