Ca' di Press Barolo Perno is an outstanding representation of what the unique terroir of Monforte d'Alba can offer. The 2021 vintage boasts incredible finesse and impressive complexity!

In the glass, Barolo Perno offers an intense and lively aroma with plenty of fruit.

The taste is elegant with red and purple fruits that stand out clearly, beautifully framed by fine silky tannins.

Barolo Perno 2021 from Ca' di Press is not only an excellent wine now, but it will also develop beautifully over the coming years.

This wine is ideal for hearty dishes like braised meat and mature cheeses, where it can enhance the flavors of the meal.

Grown on chalk and clay-rich slopes that promote a slow ripening of the Nebbiolo grapes, this Barolo reflects a wild finesse and impressive complexity.

The hand-picked grapes are gently fermented to preserve their robust tannins and intense color. Aging takes place in large Slavonian oak barrels, adding layers of flavor and rounding out the tannins to create a well-balanced wine.

A true tribute to the wine traditions of Piemonte and a must-have for any serious wine collector.

96 Vinous - Antonio Galloni

The 2020 Barbaresco Riserva Rocche Massalupo is the finest wine I have ever tasted from Walter Lodali. It emerges from a small parcel in Rocche Massalupo, a vineyard in San Rocco Seno d'Elvio, an area that is not especially known for making elite wines. That may change now. Sweet dried cherry, mint, white pepper, spice and chalk soar out of the glass. A Barbaresco of notable translucence and finesse, the 2020 is a real head-turner. It was fermented in three tonneaux, with a touch of stems, and aged in neutral oak. What a wine!
