An 'outstanding' Langhe Nebbiolo!

In the glass, the wine presents itself with a beautiful deep ruby red color. The aroma is intense and full of fruity notes, while the taste is dry and full-bodied.

The wine is rich in fine tannins and appears harmonious and well-balanced.

An excellent companion to many different meals and occasions.

The vinification and aging process for this wine is marked by a careful and natural approach.

The clusters are destemmed and fermented without pressing, allowing for maceration in contact with the skins for around 25 days in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation occurs naturally without the addition of yeast. The wine is then stabilized.

No fining or filtering is carried out. After stabilization, the wine remains in stainless steel tanks for 8 months and finally undergoes bottle aging for about 9 months.
