The grapes for this highly attractive Bougogne Blanc grow on the plot "Les Herbeux", located right on the border with Meursault.
The wine is fermented in small French oak casks, of which approx. 20% are new barrels.
The wine is aged between 12 and 14 months, after which it is bottled.
In the aroma, both butter and nutty aromas, which are characteristic of wines from Meursault, are clearly perceived.
The taste is both rich and complex and in a really nice balance.
A truly excellent and classic Bourgogne chardonnay.
