This Brunello is powerful and creamy with a silky structure, lively acidity and firm, ripe tannins that cry out for richness and protein. The tannins are softened by fatty, chewy pieces of meat, while the fresh acidity cuts through rich sauces and fatty cheese. The characteristic saltiness and the balsamic herbal notes play beautifully off rosemary, sage and Tuscan classics. Serve the wine at 17-18 degrees, so the tannins feel soft rather than tight.

About the wine
A deep ruby red and stronger wine compared to wine from their other vineyards. In the nose, it expresses itself as a symphony of aromas that go from the intense scent of red orange and violet to the fresh balsamic note of herbs. These vineyards are characterized by a creamier and silkier flavor combined with a fun and vibrant saltiness.
Fermentation and maceration for 50 days in large open oak barrels. 36 months aging in large casks followed by 8 months in cement and a minimum aging of 12 months in bottle

A focused, polished red with dark-berry, cherry, walnut and dried-flower aromas and flavors. Medium to full body and firm, caressing tannins. Lovely finesse and polish to this.

The bouquet is extremely elegant and finely tuned with sweet cherry, wild rose, lavender bud, candied orange and iron ore. The effect is graceful and delicate, with tart background notes of currant and forest fruit.
