Winemaker's Dinner - Arnaud Baillot - Nobis Hotel - 22. oktober 2026 kl. 18.00

We invite you to a special evening dedicated to Burgundy on Thursday, October 22, 2026 - at Nobis Hotel, restaurant Noi.

We will be visited by founder and winemaker Arnaud Baillot, who will present his wines and tell the story of Domaine Arnaud Baillot - one of Burgundy's most exciting newer wineries.

Arnaud is a young and ambitious winemaker who, together with his wife Laure, acquired their first vineyard in Beaune in 2017. Since then, they have worked diligently to realize the dream of creating great wines with deep respect for Burgundy's unique terroir.

The result is elegant, terroir-driven wines that beautifully reflect the soul and diversity of the region - and which have already made the winery a star that we at Copenhagen Wine are particularly proud to present.

The evening offers a 4-course menu created by restaurant Noi, specially tailored to the wines from Domaine Arnaud Baillot.

We look forward to an atmospheric Burgundy evening in the beautiful setting of Nobis Hotel, with delicious food and fine wines in the glass - just the way we like it best.
