The color is a beautiful ruby red. The aroma presents an intense and characteristic bouquet of floral and fruity notes. The taste is full of fruit and lively, delicious acidity. It is clearly a food wine - an excellent companion to a wide range of dishes with good flavors.

The grapes are destemmed and undergo a 10 to 15 day natural fermentation with the skin on, in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, the wine is naturally stabilized in tanks, without being clarified or filtered.

After stabilization, the wine is further matured for 8 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled for about 9 months of aging. This meticulous process ensures a deep and authentic expression of the grape's character.
