Castello Tricerchi Nen'a Rosato IGP 2025

NeN’a from Castello Tricerchis is a rosato with character and finesse, crafted from 100% Sangiovese from the Vigna Camponovo parcel in northern Montalcino. Plenty of freshness and precision - a rosé with a clear identity and sensory energy.

The color is beautiful, and the aroma elegantly opens with notes of wild strawberries, cherries, and a hint of grated citrus peel. The taste is vibrant with precise acidity, with hints of pink grapefruit and pomegranate. A mineral and pure finish. Perfect as an aperitif - or paired with grilled summer dishes, cured ham, or a classic Caprese salad.

The grapes come from the west and southwest-facing Vigna Camponovo at an altitude of 250 meters, where the soil consists of chalky clay and sand—ideal for Sangiovese with aromatic finesse. The vines are 21 years old. Harvested by hand at the end of September.

The wine is produced using the saignée method and spontaneous fermentation, where the skins have only a short contact with the must before being removed. Fermentation and aging are carried out exclusively in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape's pure expression and fruitiness. Only about 2,000 bottles of this delicate Rosato have been produced.
