The grapes are 100% Prié Blanc and come from the municipalities of Morgex and La Salle, harvested at an altitude of 900-1,200 meters.
The wine appears clear and light yellow with golden reflections.
The nose hints of herbs, flowers (sea buckthorn), and pear, with a touch of white pepper.
The taste is fresh, intense, and persistent, with a strong mineral character. A truly well-balanced and aromatic wine.
Pairs well with fish, white meat, and semi-aged cheeses, but is also an excellent aperitif.
The grapes are harvested by hand in the last week of September or the first week of October.
The grapes undergo gentle pressing, and the wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with frequent pumping. The wine is filtered before bottling.
