More saline than sweet, Brunello 2021 opens with wild strawberries, rose petals, mint, and a hint of light smoke. It is expressive and elegant, with juicy red fruit, fresh acidity, and fine tannins that wrap around a slight mineral undertone. A subtle yet beautiful Brunello with depth and balance.

The wine is fermented with natural yeast in concrete and has undergone a long maceration before being aged for 36 months in large Slavonian botti. It’s a Brunello that already offers great drinking pleasure now and can easily be stored for several years to come.
