From the estate's one hectare on the famous Montosoli hill just north of the town of Montalcino. A vineyard known for producing Sangiovese with a distinctive mineral—almost salty—character that beautifully complements the grape’s tart cherry fruit. The plot is situated at about 300 meters altitude with eastern exposure, contributing to the wine’s vibrancy and finesse.

The wine is intense and nuanced with dark cherries, balsamic tones, cedarwood, and spicy citrus notes.

The texture is silky and balanced, supported by fresh minerality and fine tannins. The finish is classically dry and persistent, with hints of licorice and wild berries—a harmonious Brunello with excellent aging potential.

The vinification follows the estate’s uncompromising approach with natural yeast, fermentation in concrete tanks, and long maceration before aging 36 months in large Slavonian oak casks.
