Les Crêtes Valle d'Aosta Nebbiolo Sommet DOP 2018

Here is a Nebbiolo from the mountains. The grapes for this wine come from 30-year-old vines on a small 0.8 ha plot located at an altitude of 350 meters around Arnad e Issogne southeast of Aosta close to the river Dora Bâltea. A stunningly beautiful place.

Harvested at the end of October/beginning of November. Fermentation 20 days in stainless steel followed by 12 months in a large 25 hl oak cask.

Currants, cherries and balsamic notes in the nose, in the mouth long delicious fresh juicy elegant experience.

Delicious with sausages and cheese from the mountains, as well as white and red meat.

Beautiful elegance with 13% alcohol.

The first vintage was 2015.
