DolceRita is a gently sparkling and aromatic wine from vineyards around Treiso in the heart of Piemonte.

It is made from 100% Moscato, a grape that thrives on the sunny slopes and produces wine with aroma and sweetness in perfect balance.

In the glass, the wine appears straw yellow with fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and inviting with elderflower, pear, citrus, and a hint of honey. The taste is sweet yet elegant and lively, with low alcohol and a natural freshness that makes it refreshing rather than heavy.

The grapes are hand-harvested and slowly fermented in an autoclave for about a month, preserving the natural sweetness and sparkling character. The wine is then aged for three months in the bottle before release.

It pairs perfectly with sweet cuisine, but can also be enjoyed as a sweet aperitif. Serve and enjoy well-chilled.
