The aroma is fine and persistent with delicate floral notes.

The taste is full and round, long and harmonious. Plenty of good power.

A sublime wine for serving with pasta dishes, poultry, or a pink veal roast.

After manual harvest, the grapes undergo a soft pressing, followed by maceration at a controlled temperature for about 12/15 days.

Aging in cement and a minimum of 3 months in the bottle.
