An elegant and well-balanced Chardonnay from Santenay, combining finesse and complexity.

The aroma is full of fruit, especially yellow fruits, with notes of white flowers.

The taste is delightfully mineral and fresh, with a good balance to the fruit.

A lovely creamy structure and a persistent mineral aftertaste that offers a refreshing finish. 

Enjoy this fine Chardonnay in large glasses without excessive chilling.

A perfect companion for delightful starters with fish and shellfish. 

The vines were planted in 1990 and 2005, covering 1.57 hectares. The vineyard is located near the village of Chassagne Montrachet on an east-facing gentle slope. It is only 20 meters below the Premier Cru vineyard, Morgeot, Chassagne. 

The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo gentle pressing. The must is lightly clarified before being transferred to 350-liter barrels, where alcoholic fermentation occurs with natural yeast. Subsequently, the wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation in the winter months and matures for 10 months in barrels, one-third of which are new. Finally, the wine is blended to ensure a harmonious whole.
