A truly beautiful and large Rosato.

A lovely light pink color in the glass. The scent of summer; Mild red berries and violets. Orange blossoms and citrus notes.

The taste is full-bodied with lots of dryness and a crisp, balanced acidity. Long delicious aftertaste with lovely mineral tones.

Perfect as an aperitif now. With a bit of age, it is a wine that can also be paired with all dishes.

The Canaiolo grapes thrive perfectly in the sandy soil 250 meters above sea level.

The wine is made in steel tanks and bottled at the end of fermentation, aging thereafter in the bottle.
