Roccafiore Rosato Umbria IGT 2025

This rosé from Roccafiore comes from Umbria, a small region in the middle of Italy, surrounded by the Apennines on three sides and characterized by volcanic tufa and calcareous clay soils.

The wine is classified as Umbria Rosato IGT and contains 12.5% alcohol.

In the glass, it shows an antique pink color with copper hues, while the aroma is elegant and fine with notes of raspberry and pomegranate.

The taste is dry and discreetly salty with good freshness.

The grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed, after which the must undergoes about eight hours of skin contact and decants naturally. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, and the wine matures for six months in stainless steel tanks followed by a minimum of one month in the bottle.
