Winemaker's Dinner - Passopisciaro - Enomania - 28. oktober 2026 kl. 18.00

We invite you to an exciting Etna evening on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at Enomania in Copenhagen.

We will be visited by Benjamin Franchetti from Passopisciaro, who will present the wines and tell the story of the renowned winery founded by his father, Andrea Franchetti - one of Etna's great pioneers and one of those who helped put the area's volcanic wines on the international wine map.

Passopisciaro is located high on Etna's northern slopes, where old vines, volcanic soil, and the various contrade form the basis for some of the area's most characteristic wines.

As an extra treat, we will also take a little detour to Tuscany and taste the renowned Le Cupole from the family's other winery, Tenuta di Trinoro.

The evening will feature a menu from Enomania, specially tailored to the wines from Passopisciaro and Tenuta di Trinoro.

We look forward to an atmospheric evening with Benjamin Franchetti, delicious food, and Etna's volcanic wines in the glass - just the way we like it best.
