In 1927, Baron Edoardo Pizzini founded one of the first golf courses in Italy. Franciacorta Golf 1927 honors the innovative spirit with its feminine golf figure. Innovation is a clear value at Barone Pizzine, who were the first to produce organic wine from Franciacorta.
100% chardonnay. From vineyards located in the municipalities of Provaglio d'Iseo, Passirano, Corte Franca, and Capriolo.
All at 200-350 meters above sea level.
The soil is deep moraine soil with plenty of fossils and sandy deposits.
The grapes undergo gentle pressing. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Aging also takes place in stainless steel for a minimum of 8 months. Refinement in the bottle with yeast for 20 - 30 months.
Biodynamic
Alcohol 12%, Residual sugar < 4 g/l, Acidity: 8.0 g/l
Serve chilled in large glasses, as an aperitif or with light appetizers.
