About the wine

An unusually complex Aligoté with many layers.
Bitouzet's Aligoté comes from a parcel planted in the early 1950s in the northern part of Meursault.
It is vinified in used barrels for one year.
The wine has striking floral notes, a broad minerality, and sufficient length and density so it can be cellared for several years.
