Les Crêtes Valle d'Aosta Rosé DOC 2025

Beautiful and fine Rosé wine from the Italian Alps! The grapes for this lovely Rosé come from the two vineyards Coteau La Tour and Bufferia di Aymavilles located 700 meters above sea level.

It has a light color, and on the nose, you are met with a delicate, floral, and fruity aroma of red berries and melon. On the palate, you will also find notes of pears. The wine has a very fine balance, and the acidity is absolutely fantastic. We recommend enjoying the wine with snacks, starters with ham, young cheeses, and sushi. The wine is a blend of several clones from old vines of the region's original grape petit rouge and pinot noir from the estate's vineyards. The first vintage of the wine was in 2019.

Pinot Noir and Touriga Nacional grow in sand and moraine. Harvested in the second half of September, immediately cooled with dry ice, which brings out only the finest parts of the aroma and the clear light color. The wine has very short skin contact of only 3 hours, followed by fermentation for 12 days in steel tanks at only 14 degrees, and subsequently, the wine has spent 2 months on the lees (yeast cells and small particles that remain after fermentation).
