Collection: Etna Rosato DOC
"Etna Rosato DOC" is a classification for rosé wines produced on the Italian island of Sicily around the Etna volcano. To be classified as "Etna Rosato DOC", the wine must meet the following requirements:

Geographical area: The wine must be produced on Etna and the grapes must be grown in the area around the active volcano.

Grape types: The wine must be produced from a minimum of 50% Nerello Mascalese grapes and 50% other authorized grape types, such as Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante and Minella.

Alcohol percentage: The alcohol percentage must be between 11% and 13%.
