Dolcetto is an uncomplicated everyday wine from Langhe with a fresh, fruity aroma, soft texture and a lightly spiced flavour. Its soft, moderate tannin and fresh fruit mean you can match it with lighter meats and fatty charcuterie, where the tannins get some richness to play against without dominating. The wine's medium-bodied frame and fresh fruit also pair nicely with mushrooms, tomato-based pasta and a mild cheese, where the intensity is kept in balance on both sides. It is an approachable wine that thrives with simple, flavourful food all year round.

About the wine

The grapes are de-stemmed, followed by a week of natural fermentation on skins in steel tanks.

The wine is then stabilized naturally. The wine is not clarified and not filtered.

After stabilization, the wine matures for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and then undergoes approximately 2 months of bottle aging.

Beautiful ruby ​​red color with lively violet hues.

The scent is fresh and pleasantly fruity and slightly spicy.

The taste is wonderful with a nice structure and is extremely well balanced.

Dolcetto is what you can call an "everyday wine from the Langhe". It is uncomplicated, lovely and welcoming. It goes well as a meditation wine.
