Juicy Dolcetto – uncomplicated and honest!

Beautiful ruby-red color with lively violet nuances.

The aroma is fresh and pleasantly fruity with a hint of spice.

The taste is wonderfully juicy with a fine structure and is extremely well-balanced. 

Dolcetto is what one might call an "everyday wine from Langhe." It's uncomplicated, delightful, and approachable. It pairs well as a meditation wine.

A lovely wine that can be enjoyed all year round!

The grapes are destemmed, followed by a week of natural fermentation on the skins in steel tanks.

The wine is then naturally stabilized. It is not fined or filtered.

After stabilization, the wine matures for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and then undergoes about 2 months of bottle aging.
