This collection is pure Sangiovese from Montalcino with a medium to full body, ripe but firm tannin and a fresh acidity that together call for powerful, juicy meat. The tannin is softened by fat and protein, so grilled and long-braised meat falls entirely naturally, while the acidity keeps the palate fresh between rich mouthfuls. The wine's smoky minerality and red fruit play up against a charred surface and umami from mushrooms and aged cheese, and you can confidently let robust dishes meet the wine's structure without it losing its breath.

Sheltered by the ancient volcano Monte Amiata, the warmth of the Mediterranean sun combines with the earth's minerality, giving the wines a unique complexity from the southeastern corner of Montalcino.

This exclusive limited edition box contains carefully selected Rosso di Montalcino wines from 2020 and 2022, Brunello di Montalcino 2019, and Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2018.
