This Pinot Noir has a medium-bodied structure, moderate tannins, and a fresh acidity that gives it a silky-smooth and juicy character without becoming heavy. The fresh acidity and soft tannins easily handle a little richness from poultry and pork, while the red berries and the note of forest floor play beautifully with earthy tones from mushrooms and truffle. The ripe fruit notes match the dish's intensity without overpowering, and as one of the most cheese-friendly red wines, it also thrives with aged, firm cheeses. Choose lighter preparations and avoid very intense grilling or heavy braises, which easily overpower its finesse.

About the wine

Elegant and juicy Burgundy Pinot Noir with finesse.

Classic Pinot Noir that combines Burgundy's finesse with a modern juiciness.

The wine has a clear ruby red color and opens with delicate aromas of red berries like cherries and raspberries, complemented by a hint of spices and forest floor.

The taste is silky and balanced with ripe fruit notes, a fresh acidity, and elegant tannins.

The grapes come from carefully selected parcels in Côte d’Or, where the limestone soil and cool climate create perfect conditions for Pinot Noir.

The grapes are hand-harvested and gently vinified with fermentation in small tanks and a short aging in French oak barrels, which adds depth to the wine without overpowering the fruit.

Best enjoyed at 14-16 degrees, where its finesse and fruity character are fully expressed.

A beautiful introduction to Côte d’Or's refined red wines.
