This Burgundy is silky smooth with moderate tannins, fresh acidity and a fruit-rich core of cherry and raspberry, spiced by forest floor. It won't overpower, so you should stick to medium-weight dishes where the finesse has room to shine. The moderate tannin and fresh acidity easily handle richness from poultry and pork, while the earthy notes meet mushrooms and truffle in lovely similarity. At the same time, Pinot Noir is among the most cheese-friendly red wines, so semi-firm cheeses with a little age suit it well.

About the wine

Elegant and juicy Burgundy Pinot Noir with finesse.

Classic pinot noir that combines the finesse of Burgundy with a modern juiciness.

The wine has a clear ruby-red color and opens with delicate aromas of red berries like cherries and raspberries, complemented by a hint of spices and forest floor.

The taste is silky and balanced with ripe fruit notes, a fresh acidity, and elegant tannins.

The grapes come from carefully selected parcels in Côte d’Or, where the limestone soil and cool climate create perfect conditions for pinot noir.

The grapes are hand-picked and gently vinified with fermentation in small vats and a short aging in French oak barrels, which adds depth to the wine without overpowering the fruit.

Best enjoyed at 14-16 degrees, where its finesse and fruity character shine through.

A beautiful introduction to the refined red wines of Côte d’Or.
