This Pinot Noir has medium body, soft and moderate tannin, fresh acidity, and an earthy, mineral core with darker fruit. The soft tannin and fresh acidity cut nicely through moderate richness in white meat and poultry, while the low tannin makes it one of the most cheese-friendly red wines.
