The grapes come from well-maintained vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet, where chalky soil and vineyards at elevations up to 300 meters give the wine its special elegance. A cool microclimate ensures slow ripening and intense aroma development.

After hand harvesting and gentle pressing, the wine is fermented in oak barrels, some of which are new. Subsequent aging on the lees for 12 months adds depth and complexity without overwhelming its fresh character.

This wine is ideal for dishes with seafood, light meats, or butter-fried mushrooms. Serve it at 10-12 degrees to bring out all the nuances.
