Gérard Mugneret Nuits-Saint-Georges Aux Cras 1er Cru 2022

Located near the border with Vosne, close to Richemone and slightly lower on the slope. Sandy, stony soils with slightly more clay than Richemone. Wine is biodynamically produced, and the vinification takes place on 50-60% whole bunches, with the natural yeast, usually without added sulfur during vinification. The wine is stored in older oak barrels (approx. 40% new) depending on frequent tastings and observations.

The color is dense solid purple and there are notes of white pepper tones. Particularly tasty in style and well-balanced in acidity.
