This cuvée is a Champagne Blanc de Blancs, meaning Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay.

The grapes come from 20 to 25-year-old vines in Côte des Blancs. A cuvée with elegance and finesse.

Generous aroma with notes of chalk, sea, citrus, and green herbs. Lots of complexity in the taste. The primary hints of minerality are nicely complemented by citrus and Granny Smith apples. Finely structured and remarkably persistent in taste with a lovely long-lasting finish.

Particularly suitable as an accompaniment to oysters, steamed shellfish, and even sushi.
