This Friulano has a full-bodied, soft texture with ripe fruits, lifted by a light citrus acidity and a fine salty nuance as well as the classic almond note. Because the body and acidity are in balance, it can accompany both dishes with a little richness and shellfish with bright aromatics without either one taking over. The acidity cuts through oil and fat, while the salty and nutty tone plays up against salty, umami-rich ingredients. Choose dishes with moderate, refined intensity, so the wine's subtle layers get room.

About the wine

The aroma offers a delicate blend of sweet flowers and spices.

Welcoming soft texture. It has a full-bodied taste with ripe fruits, lifted by a light citrus acidity and a salty nuance. The classic note of almonds, often found in Friulano wines, is naturally present. The body and acidity are in perfect balance. The aftertaste is refreshing and leaves you wanting more.

Friulano is an exquisite wine, originating from a 50/50 combination of two ancient vineyards: "Il Conte" located near Rosazzo Abbey and "Pavoni" (Paon) on Rocca Bernarda, with a northeastern exposure.

The wine is 100% vinified in old oak barrels without malolactic fermentation.

With a limited production of only 1200 bottles, this wine offers a unique tasting experience that reflects the area's tradition and quality.
