The wine presents itself with an intense ruby-red color and a complex aroma of red cherries, blackcurrants, and a hint of forest floor and spices.

The palate is met with juicy red berries complemented by subtle notes of licorice and discreet tannins that provide structure and balance.

The grapes come from vineyards with clay and limestone soil, typical of Gevrey-Chambertin, contributing to the wine's depth and finesse. The exposure and terroir of the vineyards ensure optimal ripening, resulting in grapes with concentrated flavors.

After hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo classic vinification with fermentation in steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels, some of which are new, to add complexity without overpowering the fruit.
