Beautiful deep ruby red color. The aroma is rich and complex, with characteristic Sangiovese notes. The taste offers a great structure with mature tannins that perfectly balance with volume and acidity. The aftertaste is long, clean, and mineral, providing an excellent finish.
Beautiful Brunello with very good price/quality ratio!
The vinification involves 20 days of fermentation on the skins at a controlled temperature below 28°C in wide steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine is aged for four years, including two years in Allier oak barrels of varying sizes, followed by further maturation in bottled form in temperature-controlled conditions.

This Brunello has great structure with ripe, tidy tannins and a fresh acidity that together call for rich and hearty food. The tannins are softened by fat and protein in tender meat, while the long, mineral aftertaste stands up to robust preparations like slow braising and grilling. You can confidently let the wine's body meet full-bodied dishes, where the acidity at the same time cuts through the fat and keeps the mouth fresh. Finally, ripe, firm cheeses work really well, because the cheese's fat and salt round off the tannins.
Savory herbs mix with brined olives, flowery underbrush and dried blueberries as the sultry 2021 Brunello di Montalcino comes to life in the glass. Silken textures and mineral-inflected red berry fruits envelop the palate as edgy tannins pinch at the cheeks.
