This Pinot Noir is medium-bodied with a fine, moderate tannin structure and a cool, juicy fruit of cherry and raspberry, which makes it incredibly versatile at the table. The soft texture and fresh acidity balance the richness in poultry and pork without dominating, while the light spicy character from whole clusters plays beautifully together with earthy notes in charcuterie and mushrooms. Because Pinot Noir has low tannin compared to other reds, it is also one of the most cheese-friendly red wines, especially with semi-firm cow's-milk and sheep's-milk cheeses. Keep the dishes elegant and avoid very powerful, heavy sauces, so the wine's precise fruit and long finish get room to shine.

About the wine

This cuvée comes from the lieu-dit "Les Lormes" and is based on vines that are up to 90 years old. A foundation that is clearly felt in the wine's depth and structure.

In the glass, the wine appears translucent ruby red.

The aroma is elegant and layered with red berries such as cherries and raspberries, combined with floral notes and a light spicy touch from the stems.

The taste is juicy and vibrant with a fine tannin structure and a cool, precise fruit profile.

There is both energy and seriousness here, and the finish is long and balanced.

This wine can be enjoyed slightly chilled.

The vinification takes place with whole clusters, contributing to the wine's structure and aromatic complexity. The wine is then aged for 24 months in glass, providing an unusually pure and transparent expression where the terroir and fruit are clearly evident.
