Exquisite classic white Burgundy with elegance and finesse.

The wine presents an inviting aroma of white flowers, fresh citrus, and subtle notes of ripe pear, balanced by a slight mineral undertone.

The taste is complex and refined with a soft and creamy texture complemented by a lively acidity. Notes of lemon, green apples, and a hint of almonds unfold in the mouth, and the long finish reveals the wine's mineral depth and freshness.
The wine originates from a small plot of only 0.05 ha, where the vines are over 40 years old.

The chalky soil with clay layers contributes to the wine's expressive freshness and delicate minerality.

The grapes are hand-harvested to preserve their quality, and the production is marked by meticulous care. The must is gently pressed and lightly clarified before undergoing fermentation with natural yeast. This is followed by a full malolactic fermentation and aging in 350-liter barrels in the cellar during winter, which gives the wine its complex and well-integrated character.

Serve it without over-chilling to fully appreciate its elegance and depth.

It can benefit from aging for up to five years, during which it will develop even more complexity.

Try it with

  • Langoustine with beurre blanc

This Puligny-Montrachet is full-bodied and creamy after complete malolactic fermentation and barrel aging, yet carried by a lively acidity and delicate minerality. That weight means you can confidently serve it with fine shellfish and fish dishes in butter- and cream-based sauces, where the wine's texture matches the richness, while the acidity lifts and cleanses the palate. The almond and mineral notes play beautifully together with aged Alpine cheeses and lightly caramelized vegetables, and the wine's finesse suits dishes with subtle, elegant rather than booming flavors.
