This full-bodied and precise Chardonnay has a creamy texture from barrel aging and malolactic fermentation, but is kept in balance by a lively, mineral acidity. That combination means you can both meet the wine with rich indulgence and let the acidity cut through and freshen things up. Choose dishes with butter, cream or lightly fried fish and shellfish, where the wine's weight matches the food, while the mineral finish keeps it all elegant. Creamy cheeses like brie and camembert also play nicely against the wine's texture.

About the wine

A refined and harmonious premier cru that elegantly balances freshness and complexity with impressive depth and finesse.

A truly excellent Chardonnay that best expresses the estate's limestone terroir.

Beautiful golden color. The aroma is intense and mineral with notes of tropical fruits. The taste is wonderfully balanced.

Full-bodied and precise with a lively acidity and creamy texture. The mineral finish gives the wine a lasting elegance and finesse.

It should be served without being overly chilled to highlight its fresh and complex character.

The vines were planted in 2013, covering 0.57 hectares. The vineyard is southeast-facing, located on a steep and rocky slope with a limestone-rich subsoil covered by a thin layer of clay.

The grapes are hand-harvested and gently vinified with light clarification of the must before it is put in barrels. Fermentation is achieved with natural yeast. The malolactic fermentation typically completes during the winter months, in the underground cellars.

Aged in 350-liter barrels.
