The Vernaccia vines thrive in the sandy limestone soil at elevations around San Gimignano, up to 350 meters above sea level.

The untreated juice is transferred directly to steel tanks without passing through a press. After fermentation, the wine is refined along with the lees. It is then bottled, where it gains age and finesse.
